      Free! We will quote your home or your commercial property free of charge. This allows for a more accurate costing to be provided to you.

      How much does House Underpinning, restumping or Releveling cost?

      Each house is individual and has its own characteristic. A quote over the phone is inaccurate and does not account for variables such as access, depth, location, or soil conditions. This is why we offer free quotes onsite for your home or commercial property!

      Do I need a permit for the work?

      Yes, for Underpinning and Restumping a permit is required. A Building inspector will come out and inspect the work completed it is up to code. Your building surveyor will issue a certificate of final inspection for extensions or alterations to existing homes. Extensions and alterations do not require an occupancy permit, as the existing building should already have an occupancy permit.

      Are you Licenced?

      Yes! We are licensed! We are now Building and plumbing commission BPC for both domestic and commercial work. We are also members of Housing Industry Australia (HIA) and hold Public Liability.

      What causes cracking or movement in the foundations of my property?

      There are many things that can cause cracking. Two common ones are Tree roots and water. It’s important to take note of cracking, uneven floors or jamming doors or windows in your house as it could be an indicator of subfloor issues!
