      Do I need a permit for the work?

      Yes, for Underpinning and Restumping a permit is required. A Building inspector will come out and inspect the work completed it is up to code. Your building surveyor will issue a certificate of final inspection for extensions or alterations to existing homes. Extensions and alterations do not require an occupancy permit, as the existing building should already have an occupancy permit.

      Yes! We are licensed! We are now Building and plumbing commission BPC for both domestic and commercial work. We are also members of Housing Industry Australia (HIA) and hold Public Liability.
